Customer Service Representatives – Tabby (Cairo)

Location: Tahrir, Cairo

Shifts: Rotational

Channels: Chat, Phone, and Email

Languages Required: Arabic & English

Salary Package: Up to 30,000 EGP (including bonuses and allowances)

About the Opportunity

Tabby Cairo is expanding its Customer Service team and is looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals. Whether you are a graduate, currently studying, or did not complete your degree, you are welcome to apply if you have strong communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries across chat, calls, and email while representing a leading fintech company in the region.

Compensation Details

Base Salary: 18,000 EGP (gross)

KPI Bonus: Up to 10,500 EGP (gross)

Transportation Allowance: 230 EGP per working day (approximately 4,600–5,000 EGP/month)

Total Monthly Earnings: Up to 25,000 EGP

Performance Incentives

After 3 months (post-probation): 50% of base salary

After 6 months: Additional 50% of base salary

After 12 months: 100% of base salary, repeated every 6 months thereafter

Requirements

Fluency in Arabic and English

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
