Title: Customer Service Representative
All the holidays will be followed as per International US/Canada.
Shift slots: Evening (4:00PM - 1:00 AM) Night (12:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
Working days: 6 days a week (alternate saturday or sunday)
Job Overview:
- Core Duties: Coordinating with System tracking, and updating. Real time coordination with team in US/ Canada.
Handles inbound/outbound communications via WhatsApp chats.
- Work Environment: Highly fast-paced, usually handling international clients (e.g., US/Canada).
Requirements
- Communication: Excellent written English skills and good speaking skills will be plus.
- Experience: Atleast 6 months of experience as CSR.
- Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, and basic familiarity with CRM or software. Good skills in Microsoft Excel.
