Customer Service Representative (Experienced) – Full-Time, On-Site

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in a professional, fast-paced office environment in Deerfield Beach.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and experienced in handling high-volume customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
  • Provide accurate information on health insurance and related services
  • Assist clients with account questions, applications, and follow-ups
  • Maintain detailed and organized customer records
  • Resolve issues efficiently while delivering a positive experience
  • Work closely with sales and management teams

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center or phone-based preferred)
  • Experience in the health insurance industry preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling high call volume
  • Professional attitude and reliability
  • Ability to work on-site in Deerfield Beach
