Customer Service Representative (Female)

We are looking for an experienced Female Customer Service Representative to join our Jazz Franchise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing excellent service, and managing customer data using Jazz systems. This role requires strong customer-dealing skills and prior experience in telecom customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers professionally and politely
• Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests
• Perform SIM-related services using Jazz DBBS system
• Manage customer records and service cases through CRM systems
• Explain Jazz packages, services, and offers clearly to customers
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in customer service (preferably telecom)
• Hands-on experience with Jazz DBBS system
• Knowledge of CRM software and customer handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional attitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a franchise environment
