Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

We are looking for highly motivated and professional Female Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role involves handling international (UAE) and local clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into sales in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with international (UAE) and local clients

Provide accurate information to clients regarding company services and projects

Generate leads through calls and convert potential prospects into sales

Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure deal closures

Build and manage long-term client relationships

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets

Maintain professional call etiquette with a confident and persuasive sales approach

Update and maintain client records and follow-up status

Skills & Requirements

Female candidates only (encouraged to apply)

3–4 years of BPO experience (International experience preferred)

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)

Proven ability in lead generation and customer handling

Ability to work with targets and KPIs

Graduate or Master’s degree (required)

Real estate knowledge will be considered a plus

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Highly motivated, confident, and growth-oriented mindset

Working Days & Hours

Monday to Saturday

45 hours per week

Salary Package

PKR 50,000 – 60,000

(Based on experience and communication skills)
