Job Overview
Al Asayel, a leading PPE trading company, is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, email inquiries, and customer portal communications.
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with customer service team, logistics, procurement, and accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and invoicing.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Required)

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
