We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who can handle inquiries with care, professionalism, and efficiency. Be the first point of contact and help create positive, memorable experiences for every customer.

• Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, and chats.
• Actively listen and understand customer concerns and needs.
• Provide accurate and timely information on products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong command of English—both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Proactive with a strong focus on service excellence.

Working Hours: 9:30 A.M. – 5:30 P.M., Monday to Saturday
