Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Inbound/Outbound Customer Service team for our Energy Campaign. The ideal candidate will handle billing inquiries, provide technical support, and assist customers with new services calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding billing inquiries, technical support, and new services.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services when opportunities arise.
  • Update customer accounts and records accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in inbound/Outbound customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of billing systems and technical support processes.
