Customer Service Representative (French-speaking)

Alpha CX is hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international support project. This is a remote position, where you will handle after-sales inquiries and complaints. English is required for internal communications, but fluent French is mandatory for customer interactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide professional assistance for after-sales inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain high-quality customer communication and response times
  • Work closely with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Note: This role does not involve sales responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in French
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Previous call center / CSR experience required
  • Experience in after-sales inquiries and complaint handling
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable handling multiple customer support channels

Salary: USD 600 – 700 per month

Working Hours:

  • French Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Regular shifts
