Job Overview

Jackson Oil & Solvents is seeking a positive, professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in-person
• Monitor backorders daily and provide updates
• Provide product and service information and resolve customer issues
• Accurately process and document customer transactions
• Enter customer orders from sales representatives
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (call center, collections, or related fields)
• Clerical or data entry experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and phone systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Excellent attendance and reliability
