We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at PSI in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns promptly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Record customer interactions and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Customer Service
- Excellent English communication plus any other language German, Russian, French, Italian etc is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
