About the Job

New Wave Heating, Cooling & Home Intelligence is hiring a Customer Service Representative / HVAC Service Coordinator to help manage customer calls, service appointments, scheduling, and daily communication between customers and our field team.

This is a key office role for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, calm under pressure, and committed to creating a great customer experience.

If you have customer service, scheduling, dispatch, call center, or home service office experience, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls professionally and warmly
  • Schedule HVAC service, maintenance, and estimate appointments
  • Communicate with technicians, customers, and the office team
  • Update customer records, job notes, and appointment details
  • Help keep the daily service schedule organized and moving
  • Follow up with customers when needed
  • Help deliver a smooth, 5-star customer experience from first call to completed job

Required Qualifications

  • Customer service, office, scheduling, or call center experience
  • Strong phone communication skills
  • Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to stay calm when schedules change or customers are frustrated
  • Dependable, professional, and team-focused
  • Able to work in-office in Somers Point, NJ

Preferred Experience

  • HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience
  • Dispatching or service coordination experience
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling/CRM software
