Customer Service Representative in Airline Industry English

We are hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives in the airline industry to support passengers with their travel needs!

Location: İzmir

Work Mode: Hybrid
Language: Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatProvide accurate information about flights, policies, and services
  • Help customers book, change, or cancel reservationsAssist with lost/delayed baggage and escalate when needed
  • Deliver excellent customer experience with a problem-solving mindset
  • Maintain records and follow company procedures

Aranan Nitelikler

  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus (airline/travel preferred)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays
  • Basic computer skills & familiarity with CRM systems
