Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatProvide accurate information about flights, policies, and services
- Help customers book, change, or cancel reservationsAssist with lost/delayed baggage and escalate when needed
- Deliver excellent customer experience with a problem-solving mindset
- Maintain records and follow company procedures
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (airline/travel preferred)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skillsFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays
- Basic computer skills & familiarity with CRM systems
