Member Benefits is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our insurance operations. This is a full-time role focused on customer support, account updates, and administrative processing.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and emails from clients
- Provide customer support for insurance accounts, billing, and general questions
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Assist with claims, invoices, and payments
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Resolve issues and follow up with clients as needed
- Manage multiple tasks in a steady workflow environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Insurance or benefits experience required
