Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and general support to ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, renewals, or customer feedback initiatives.
- Enter and update customer data accurately within our CRM system using strong data entry and computer skills.
- Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and recommending suitable insurance products or services.
- Handle cash transactions securely when processing payments or premiums, maintaining accuracy at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively. English and Spanish Required.
- Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential; additional language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer proficiency is required.
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 90 days of employment.
- Previous experience in sales or outbound calling enhances your candidacy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, including typing accuracy and speed.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including call etiquette and active listening techniques. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
