What You’ll Do

• Guide customers through the repair & insurance process
• Handle claims with multiple insurance companies
• Follow up on approvals, supplements, and payments
• Communicate with adjusters and push for proper repairs
• Educate customers when insurance cuts corners
• Keep jobs moving fast and accurately

What We Need

• Strong communicator (confident + professional)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and fast-paced
• Not afraid to be assertive with insurance companies
• Collision shop, insurance, or auto experience = BIG PLUS
• CCC ONE experience = BONUS
