Customer Service Representative (Insurance) – Training Provided

AKS Insurance & Taxes LLC is looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you will assist clients who are already interested in insurance, guide them through the process, and help them find the best coverage for their needs.

No insurance experience required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and follow up with interested clients
• Provide information and insurance quotes
• Assist clients throughout the process
• Maintain organized client records in the system
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible and reliable
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary + bonuses + commission
