Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Service Representative to manage client communication across multiple channels. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients reflecting our brand’s commitment to high-quality service. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can manage a high volume of calls, and take ownership of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Understand client needs and provide accurate, timely information
  • Adapt scripts to suit customer tone, queries, and individual preferences
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up on active leads
  • Apply a consultative and empathetic approach in client conversations
  • Support lead generation and assist with internal coordination
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and relevant departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or sales support roles preferred
  • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to confidently manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer documentation practices
  • Excellent verbal communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable following scripts while adapting tone as needed
  • Eagerness to learn, confidence in communication, and professional presentation
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude
  • Must be able to commute independently to our Clifton office

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (based on experience, skillset, and ability to handle tasks effectively)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month

  • Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
