We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Summary:
The Customer Service Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure a positive experience from the first phone call through ongoing service support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer accounts efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Real Green Systems SA5 software is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally and courteously
- Schedule lawn care and pest control services
- Manage customer accounts, billing questions, and service requests
- Enter and update customer information accurately in Real Green SA5
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Support routing and scheduling coordination with field technicians
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Promote additional services and seasonal programs when appropriate
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience in lawn care, pest control, or home service industries preferred
- Experience with Real Green SA5 highly preferred
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computer systems and office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
