Customer Service Representative (Lead Generation)

Role Overview:

You’ll be handling outbound calls, identifying potential clients, and generating qualified leads for the business. It’s a straightforward role: talk to people, understand their needs, and move them into the pipeline. Consistency and communication skills matter more than anything fancy.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

* Pitch services clearly and confidently.

* Gather customer details and qualify leads.

* Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups.

* Meet monthly lead targets.

Requirements:

* Strong spoken English.

* Good communication and persuasion skills.

* Ability to work in a night shift environment.

* Prior BPO or call-center experience is helpful, but not mandatory.
