Customer Service Representative / Live Chat

A premier Las Vegas wedding chapel, Chapel of the Flowers, is looking for full time call center representatives to work as a Venue Specialist on our team. This department works in an intimate and supportive call center atmosphere. We offer an inclusive work environment where we collaborate with one another and encourage growth, in a tranquil setting.


The role of the Venue Specialist is focused on selling our beautiful wedding locations and booking our couples desired date and time. A call center / chat background is preferred to aid in attaining new bookings as well as providing customer service to our customers. The Venue Specialist team works hand in hand with our Planning team to ensure our couples perfect dream wedding is met. They also may be called upon to provide support to the chapel as sales and customer service to our day-of couples and guests. We are a LGBTQ friendly company and you must be willing to service all couples who seek our services.


This position pays $12.00 per hour, plus a commission per wedding booked. This averages out to $14.50 - $19.00 per hour depending on your sales success.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Take customer calls and chat requests providing accurate, satisfactory answers to queries and concerns
  • Collaborate and support the Planning team by responding to customer questions posed through the chat function as well as incoming phone calls
  • Principle focus is to engage customers through the chat function and/or via phone, text, email or video call in order to secure a deposit thus confirming a new booking, providing upgrades, add-ons and meeting established sales goals
  • Maintain updated pipeline of active quotes and proactively follow up by reaching out to prospective customers in a timely and consistent fashion
  • Proactively seeks personal development through training
  • Performs other duties as assigned

We are looking for individuals with an open schedule. Weekends are a must for all staff. A TAM or AAT card is required for this position and it will be your financial responsibility to obtain this card and maintain it as an active card.
