Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering calls from customers regarding their shipments
- Address customer grievances
- Coordinate with hubs to collect information about shipment delays
- Assist with online booking of shipment
Desired Candidate Profile
- Male candidates preferred
- Should know how to talk in English fluently
- knowledge of Excel
- Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner
- Experience of handling customer complaints preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
