Customer Service Representative (Male)

Shift Timings: 6:00PM - 12:00AM

Mablay Beauty Pvt. Ltd. | VINCÉ is seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and professional part-time Customer Service Representative to join our customer care team. As the first point of contact, you will represent the brand by ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, accuracy, and service excellence.

Below are the details:

• Professionally communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Actively listen to understand customer concerns, needs, and expectations.
• Provide accurate and timely information on products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
• Address and resolve inquiries and complaints promptly, courteously, and effectively.

Skills & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong command of English—both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to remain calm, patient and professional under pressure.
• Proactive with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
