Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Pakistan-based E-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will handle order confirmation calls, manage returns, and coordinate with customers to ensure successful deliveries and re-attempts.

This role requires strong communication skills, basic system knowledge, and the ability to professionally handle customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Make order confirmation calls to customers
• Maintain knowledge of delivery areas and common delivery issues
• Handle return management, including customer coordination and re-attempts
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates
• Print shipping labels and assist with order processing
• Maintain accurate order and call records
• Resolve customer issues politely and efficiently

Requirements

• Male candidate (as per company requirement)
• Prior experience in E-commerce customer service or call handling preferred
• Strong communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
• Familiar with major Pakistan cities, areas, and delivery challenges
• Basic computer skills (order systems, label printing, data entry)
• Punctual, responsible, and able to work full working hours
