AK Graphic is hiring energetic and motivated Customer Service Representatives

(Night Shift) to join our growing team in Gulberg II, Lahore.

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive customer experience with a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Perform customer service duties just like a Customer Service Representative
• Maintain customer records and update systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 months of experience (Freshers with confidence can apply)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
