The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Support: Manage high-quality customer conversations across calls, email, and live chat.
• Empathetic Problem Solving: Understand complex customer concerns and resolve them with patience and clarity.
• Data Integrity: Accurately document all interactions and updates within the CRM system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Core Edge Solutions professionally in every interaction.

Who You Are

• Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a talent for communication is a must.
• Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (both written and verbal) is required.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, patient, and possesses a natural problem-solving instinct.
• Availability: Fully comfortable working on-site in a dedicated night shift environment.
