Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist for our US-based operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and international customer support experience who are looking for a stable long-term career in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle US-based customer support queries
• Client communication via calls, chats, and emails
• Policy verification and customer assistance
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Provide professional and timely customer service

Requirements

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
• Strong grammar, listening, and client communication skills
• Experience in US / International customer support
• Knowledge of US insurance processes is a plus
• Familiar with CRM tools
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
