Customer Service Representative-Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support — Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and assist customers with questions.
  • Office Coordination — Manage paperwork, filing, data entry, and general office organization.
  • Dispatch Support — Assist with technician scheduling and routing if needed
  • Service Ticket Management — Enter job details, update customer records, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Customer Follow‑Ups — Confirm appointments, collect feedback, and support customer retention.
  • Team Communication — Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry)
  • Prior CSR or office experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing a plus)
  • Dependability Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
