Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support — Answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, schedule service appointments, and assist customers with questions.
- Office Coordination — Manage paperwork, filing, data entry, and general office organization.
- Dispatch Support — Assist with technician scheduling and routing if needed
- Service Ticket Management — Enter job details, update customer records, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Customer Follow‑Ups — Confirm appointments, collect feedback, and support customer retention.
- Team Communication — Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry)
- Prior CSR or office experience preferred (HVAC/plumbing a plus)
- Dependability Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm
