Customer Service Representative - OutBound

Job Description

Prime Kingdom Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Floor Agent (CSR) to join our Contact Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

The Floor Agent will attract and assist potential customers by answering product and service-related questions, while also suggesting relevant solutions from our company and client offerings. The goal is to maintain high service standards and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and accurate information about products and services to customers contacting the call center.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring quick and professional resolution within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction from the first interaction to final resolution.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance team performance and operational efficiency to senior management.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards set by management.
  • Accurately record customer orders, complaints, queries, and feedback in the system.
  • Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) by taking ownership of customer concerns.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and client policies.
  • Actively participate in team huddles, training sessions, and refresher courses.
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls and manage customer interactions professionally.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills (Fluent English preferred)
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Professional attitude with empathy and patience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks efficiently

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
