About Media Initiation

Media Initiation is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Islamabad. We help businesses across multiple industries grow through strategic marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation. We are looking for a sharp, confident, and well-spoken outbound CSR who can not only engage international prospects but intelligently pitch our digital marketing services — having done their homework on each lead before picking up the phone.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Make outbound calls to international prospects and cold leads on behalf of the agency

- Research each lead prior to calling — understand their business, industry, online presence, and potential pain points

- Pitch Media Initiation's digital marketing services (social media management, paid ads, SEO, content creation) in a tailored, consultative manner

- Follow up on warm inquiries and move prospects through the sales pipeline

- Handle objections confidently using knowledge of digital marketing value propositions

- Log all call activity, research notes, and outcomes in the CRM

- Meet and exceed weekly call targets and conversion goals

- Share lead feedback and market insights with the internal team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

[MUST]

- Exceptional spoken English — clear, professional, and confident for international calls

- Solid understanding of digital marketing services: social media management, Meta/Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and lead generation

- Ability to independently research a business — their website, social media presence, competitors, and gaps — before making a call

[PREFFERED]

- 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a business development role

- Consultative selling approach — able to tailor a pitch based on what the lead actually needs

- Comfortable with objection handling and rejection — resilient and motivated by targets

- Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools is a plus

- Self-starter who takes initiative and doesn't need micromanagement

WHAT WE OFFER

- Salary: Rs. 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience)

- Performance-based commission on every conversion — uncapped earning potential

- On-site role at Satellite Town, Rawalpindi — night shift
