Customer Service Representative part-time

We are a growing service-based company dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We pride ourselves on professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced part-time Customer Service Representative with previous experience in a service company to join our dynamic team. Monday-Friday 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff

Manage phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally

Schedule appointments, meetings, and service bookings

Prepare invoices, quotations, and service reports

Maintain accurate filing systems

Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and clients

Assist with billing, data entry, and basic accounting tasks

Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements

Previous Customer Service experience preferably in a service-based company

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with invoicing and customer service, QuickBooks a plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and professionalism
