Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis. This role is ideal for someone with prior customer service experience and a genuine interest in health, nutrition, and functional medicine. A strong understanding of healthy eating and dietary protocols is highly valued.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them throughout their journey with Healthy Kitchen and helping them choose and understand the right meal plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other support channels
• Guide clients in selecting appropriate meal plans and dietary protocols
• Clearly explain ingredients, exclusions, and nutrition principles
• Coordinate internally regarding orders, changes, and special requests
• Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (essential)
• Basic knowledge of healthy nutrition (required)
• Strong advantage if you have:
• Understanding of functional or medical nutrition protocols
• Experience with structured dietary programs (gut health, autoimmune, metabolic, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of empathy, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Background in nutrition, wellness, or healthcare
• Experience in food delivery, health, or lifestyle services
• Familiarity with WhatsApp-based customer support
