SHAFER SERVICES PLUS, a leader in HVAC, and plumbing in San Antonio, is adding a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to our family. The CSR is at the heart of our organization, working in a fast-paced team environment. This team member is detail-oriented with strong communication skills and a desire to provide an exceptional experience to our customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
- This team member will support the organization by answering inbound customer calls, solving customer issues, providing exceptional customer service, collaborating with the Shafer team to achieve goals, efficiently and effectively dispatching HVAC technicians and plumbers, and coordinating the execution of HVAC and plumbing jobs to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Our Customer Representatives use patience and effective communication skills to define customer needs, answer questions, and leave a positive impression on customer interactions.
- Your attention to detail is essential; you'll document a record of actions that ensure your customers’ service histories are available for future Representatives.
- The ideal Customer Representative will have strong outbound calling skills for our valued Shafer Members and potential new customers.
- Understanding the basics of our business product and your customers’ sense of urgency will help you create a satisfying customer experience.
TIME REQUIREMENTS
This position is structured as a part time role. Flexibility in work hours or schedule may be required in order to accommodate the needs of the business.
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Saturday - Tuesday. (*Shift is 8:30 AM -5:30 PM during Training Period*)
***This position is required to participate in the On-Call Rotation including Holidays & weekends. (Shafer Services On-Call Policy).
DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Administrative knowledge
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Familiarity with office equipment
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ Years of Contact Center Experience (Service Business Environment)
- Typing Skill of 40 – 45 WPM Accurately
- Extremely Detail Oriented
- Motivated, Goal Oriented, Persistent and Skilled Negotiator
- High Level of Initiative and Work Well in a High-Performance Team Environment
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Handles Stressful Situations and Deadline Pressures Well
- Plans and Carries Out Responsibilities with Minimal Direction
