Customer Service Representative / Pharmacy & DME Sales Associate

Thompson Pharmacy & Medical is seeking a friendly, dependable, and curious Customer Service Representative / Pharmacy & DME Sales Associate to join our team in Traverse City.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, likes learning new things, and can comfortably move between pharmacy checkout, customer service, and durable medical equipment (DME) sales. One moment you may be helping a customer pick up a prescription, and the next you may be explaining the difference between walkers, lift chairs, or compression socks. It is a job with variety, a little bit of detective work, and a new puzzle nearly every day

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, eager to learn, and enjoys working with both people and products.
