Position Overview:

We are looking to hire a passionate candidate for a Customer Service Representative (NON Sales) position for our Paradise Mall Bahria Town Phase 4 office.

What you will be doing:

• Cold Calling
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally for Dubai real estate.
• Provide accurate information about our real estate listings, investment opportunities, and services.
• Efficiently work on qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, and following up on those leads.
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years’ experience in customer services
• Strong communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality.
• Basic understanding of lead qualification
