Customer Service Representative / Receptionist

Customer Service Representative / Receptionist – Chandler, AZOutpost Veterinary

At Outpost Veterinary, we believe the client experience matters just as much as the medicine.

A great veterinary hospital starts long before a pet ever enters an exam room. It starts with the first phone call. The first greeting. The first interaction. That’s why this role is so important.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our Chandler team — someone who is organized, people-focused, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

This is not just an “answer the phones” position.

You are the front line of the hospital experience. You help create the energy, culture, and first impression clients remember. You help keep the hospital moving. You support both clients and the medical team during some of the best — and sometimes hardest — moments in a pet owner’s life.

No prior veterinary experience is required.

We can teach veterinary medicine. We can teach systems. We can teach workflow.

What we cannot teach is attitude, empathy, accountability, and the ability to genuinely care about people.

If you are someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, loves working with a team, communicates well, and takes pride in helping others — we would love to meet you.
