Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

Assist customers with orders, account updates, and general inquiries

Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency
Issue Resolution & Follow-Up

Investigate and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of satisfaction

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams

Track and document customer interactions in internal systems

Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Customer Experience & Engagement

Contribute to building strong customer relationships
Systems & Administrative Support

Use CRM and support tools to manage and document customer interactions

Requirements
About the Ideal Candidate

1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
