A Local company that is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives

Position Highlights:

Pay: $18.00/hour

Paid Training: May 28 – June 26

Start Date: July 7, 2026

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of phone-based customer service experience (non-retail)
• Must live in Maryland (for equipment pickup)
• Reliable internet connection
• Strong customer service skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
• Assist with benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility questions
• Document interactions and resolve customer issues
• Escalate complex cases as needed
