Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our brand and ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with empathy and efficiency, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Order Management: Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements:
- Fluent English Speaking Is Must Important
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
