Customer Service Representative - Timmerman Airport

About us: Spring City Aviation is a full-service aviation company including aircraft charter, management, training, maintenance, sales, and FBO services. We have four locations in southern Wisconsin.

Job description: Customer service representative (CSR). Respond to customers from the front desk at Timmerman Airport. This includes aircraft that fly-in, flight training students, and airport tenants.

Duties:

• Great customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Invoicing and record keep
• Manage and track fuel sales

Qualifications:

• Customer service abilities
• Highly organized
• Enthusiasm for the field of aviation
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to pass DOT-required pre-employment drug test and random drug testing program

Schedule: Normal business hours 8am-5pm. Full-time or part-time opportunities available. Some weekend days required.
