UK Cab Operator/Dispatcher

Location: Satellite Town Rawalpindi

Salary: PKR 60,000 - PKR 80,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced UK Taxi Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with UK taxi firms and be confident managing bookings, coordinating drivers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and dispatch bookings using iCabbi
• Monitor driver availability and allocate jobs efficiently to maximize operational performance.
• Handle customer bookings, amendments, cancellations, and general inquiries.
• Ensure airport transfers, pre-bookings, and time-sensitive journeys are managed accurately.
• Communicate effectively with drivers regarding job updates, routing, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and operational data.
• Escalate customer complaints and operational concerns to management when required.
• Work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service and on-time performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience working with a UK taxi company or dispatch operation.
• Strong knowledge of Autocab, iCabbi, or Cordic dispatch systems.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with operational software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling UK airport transfers and advance bookings.
• Knowledge of UK geography and taxi industry procedures.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation operations.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
