Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of relevant domain experience (medical industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and handle sensitive information.
