Position: Customer Service Representative – US Last Mile Logistics Operations
Location: PECHS Block 6, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: Rotational Shifts (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM & 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (Based on Experience)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CSR – Last Mile Operations Specialist to support and optimize delivery operations for our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with drivers to manage pickup and delivery schedules efficiently
• Oversee daily operations of the delivery center
• Resolve delivery-related issues, delays, and escalations promptly
• Ensure effective route planning and load distribution
• Manage and support the onboarding of 1099 delivery drivers as required
• Monitor and ensure timely and efficient load management

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US logistics or last mile operations
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities

Note: Only candidates with relevant experience in US last mile or delivery operations will be considered.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
