Timo is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our entertainment app users. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering excellent customer support in a fast-paced digital environment.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and issues related to our entertainment app.
  • Ensure timely resolution of user concerns or complaints, adhering to internal response and resolution timelines.
  • Prepare daily customer service reports and document handled issues to ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
  • Assist in content moderation by reporting inappropriate content and maintaining a list of flagged words.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment, mobile app, or internet industry.
  • Turkish speaker, with proficiency in English or Chinese considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
