Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and communicate clearly will directly influence our success and the satisfaction of the people we serve.
What You'll Do
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for past-due accounts.
· Listen with empathy, understanding situations, and negotiate realistic solutions
· Negotiate tailored payment arrangements that are fair, achievable, and compliant with company policies and federal regulations.
· Accurately record all customer interactions in our computer system.
· Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
· Receive support from your Supervisor to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals which will earn bonus.

Pay: $16 per hour plus monthly bonus opportunity
Compensation ranges from $29,120 to $70,279 representing hourly + bonus opportunities.
Hours: Training Monday - Friday 8am-4pm
Upon completion of training must commit to working 1 night shift from 1pm-9pm Monday - Thursday. All other days will be either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
