Customer Service Representative Warehouse Mandarin Preferred (Third Party)

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative with Mandarin language proficiency to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in both English and Mandarin when preferred.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support by troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through solutions with clarity and patience.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, gather feedback, or promote relevant services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry tools and CRM systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and complete.
  • Assist with client services by processing transactions, managing cash handling procedures, and updating account details as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create positive experiences for every customer interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvements.

Experience

  • Previous call center experience or customer support roles is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with handling high-volume inquiries efficiently.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required; additional multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general data entry expertise.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies to engage customers proactively.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide tailored solutions.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking, typing accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with call center etiquette, customer service best practices, and basic cash handling procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
