Customer Service Representative/ Wearhouse

Sales & Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team. This position requires excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Take and process customer orders over the phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Accurately pull merchandise based on customer order lists.
• Ring up transactions, package orders, and prepare them for pickup or delivery.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers in person and over the phone.
• Enter new inventory into the system as needed.
• Work closely with team members to maintain an organized and stocked workspace.
• Assist with stocking lightweight merchandise during slower periods.

Schedule & Pay:

• Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (Closed Sundays)
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• 40–55 hours per week
• $13.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
