At Zain Kuwait, a Customer Service Representative (CSR) works in customer support centers, retail branches, or contact centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or in-person
Assist with billing issues, SIM activation, and mobile/internet services
Resolve complaints and provide technical/basic troubleshooting
Promote Zain products, offers, and service upgrades
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meet KPIs such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and telecom regulations
Escalate complex issues to technical or higher support teams
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (any field accepted, but Business/IT/Communication preferred)
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems)
Pay: From KD500.000 per month
Work Location: In person
