We are an established Pest Control Company servicing Southern California for 50 years. We are looking for a full time customer service representative. We offer Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, 401K, Paid Sick, Paid Holidays, and Paid Vacation.

We are currently seeking energetic candidates to serve as a customer service representatives for our pest control department. The job is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM. The job opening's primary function is to answer phone calls from customers inquiring about services, scheduling, status updates, mailing invoices and to input work orders.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED

Must have experience in customer service

MUST be able to multi-task, have good phone etiquette, be punctual and a team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer medium- high volume of phone calls.

Customer service skills with professional approach

Scheduling services

Adds new customers, appointments, and work orders in system.

Performs client relations activities (e.g., directing complaints to managers, customer issues, follow-up on work orders).

Properly inputting and updating work orders.

Assists Managers and technicians regarding operations support.

Performs data entry, file maintenance, monthly reporting, map updates, and general administrative support tasks with deadlines.

Document preparation (contracts, service orders, inspection reports)

Completes special projects as assigned by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
