Customer Service Representative/Data Clerk

Hours Monday- Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized applicant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls while accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across our internal systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and transcription skills. This position plays a key role in supporting administrative functions and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of customer and operational data.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating new customer accounts in system
  • Processing technician’s daily worksheets
  • Handling customer service calls
  • Technician dispatching
  • Documenting customer interactions within accounts
  • Data entry
  • Complete all appropriate training
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

The successful candidate will have:

  • Computer knowledge – including strong Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong communication skills and work ethic
  • Ability to learn new tasks and programs quickly
  • Exceptional customer service skills – good phone etiquette
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to pass background and drug screenings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
